The small studio is perfectly planned to suit small group classes as well as one to one lessons with the focus on individual attention and needs.

Classes are small which makes it possible to adapt exercises if needed and I can guarantee a great work out !

I have tutored so many individuals from all walks of life - beginners, people with injuries, different ages and people who wants a real challenge.
