After always been into all kind of exercise I took the opportunity to develop my knowledge in personal training and sport massage when moving to Geneva. I quickly felt the training missed something: Pilates. The base of all training, to build up that strength in a gentle way.
I know firsthand what it means to live with pain, having suffered from back pain for years. Practicing Pilates regularly allows me to go about my life entirely pain-free.
What conscious and targeted movement can do to your physique and self-confidence seems to be limitless. I have realized that we have so much more power to heal ourselves from within if we just decide to dedicate ourselves to learning and mastering the method.
Pilates has helped me so much & I am so passionate in offering the same to others who are interested in wether improving their quality of life or just having a fun class to come to every week.

Courses
Group
Weekly circuit classes combining reformer and mat work.
A high-quality small group training focusing on the needs of the collective with a personal touch.
I like to keep my groups small to be able to offer a high-quality training experience where I can give personal attention to each participant. We train on and off mats with various training props to challenge you and give you an in-depth approach to each exercise.
Private
Private one-on-one classes are great as they are designed to follow your unique fitness needs & personal goals. This is an in-depth approach to tailored fitness for fastest results.
Our sessions involve a series of exercises performed on specialised Pilates apparatus such as the reformer and on mat to enhance the movements in a variety of positions.
Duo/Twin
Are you most motivated working out with a friend or your partner? These are sessions for 2 people. Spend 55 minutes on the mat and the machine together.
Whatever your reason for practicing with me, sometimes having a workout buddy gives you that extra support and motivation to follow through and stay motivated. As we know, results happen for those who stick with it!

Outdoor Pilates and Bootcamp by the Lake.
I have been running a Bootcamp the last five years in Coppet. An early outdoor morning session which times dropping kids off for school first! This is a group of energetic ladies who schedules this time in just for themselves. It’s a high energy class from the first minute to the last with a mix of cardio and body strength workout. The teamwork spirit is always there!
As soon as the weather is sunny and warm enough to start the morning with an outdoor Pilates class we’ll meet at Rocaille/Coppet. As well as traditional Pilates we also focus on breathing and stretching our muscles a bit extra.
We have something for everybody, whether you prefer the indoor studio environment or if you like to mix it up with being out in the fresh air.
Whatever your body asks for, we are here to provide a variety of training experiences.
Some people like the indoor classes and some like to mix it up with being outdoors.
